Hello group,
I’ve been focused on splitting my interest from firearm rifles to PCP rifles.
I would like to get some feedback on my expectations before I buy a PCP Rifle.
My retirement community has several free 10m ranges available. The only shooting requirements for these specific ranges are, the pellet has to be a wadcutter .177 caliber; and if shooting in a range competition, the sight requirements are a peep or a red-dot.
I sure like the Daystate Red Wolf, although I’d be limited to using a red-dot sight; which would be a Leupold Freedom RDS (1 MOA Red Dot) that I currently have, not in use.
While shooting within my community, I’d have a 10m range limitation; I would also like to have the Red Wolf when shooting on larger ranges (not as convenient) outside of my retirement community.
My big question to the group is, using the Daystate Red Wolf on a 10m range with a 1 MOA red dot seem to be unrealistic for a retired old fart?
Thanks!
