I really hope you are going to test Tom Holland's, Griffins swaged .177 slugs & NSA HSP ones in the Redwolf. 

Loved the Supermagnum I had in ways. 
Loved the way bolt was machined. Wish it had been lefty friendly. I personally don't like sidelever on anything high power. 


I wanted to add a longer faster twist barrel but tensioning system would have made it not worth the change of a rarer limited AG. It was a .25 and I really wanted a 28" .25 or a longer 1:8 for these bad boys in .22 to try. That 28" x 0.880 1:26 Mark Chanlynn straight .300 bore .298" lands would have been cool with JSB 44.75's. If barrel would have fit. But again, tensioning system blocked either.

A Mark Chanlynn fast twist .22 on a EDgun Supermagnum? Ah man, fuget ah bout it! 
I'm talking sub 4" @ 400 yards easily with meticulously swaged ammo in no winds or if you're really good in winds.

I noticed the gun in your video was made in 2018, I presume that it's a very slow seller in the USA, the same is true in the UK due to licensing laws, if you can have only one airgun that is above 12FPE then most plop for a .22 as it's more versatile.

However the HP .177 is truly underated at higher muzzle energy, the 13 or 16g pellets are fantastic at 20 & 30FPE, in fact you can actually put the .177 HP RW barrel onto the RW SAFARI .30 plus swap the probe and the gun will produce 43FPE with the 18g NIELSEN slugs, truly amazing!

Soren has taken it to another level with his little home slug manufacturing plant!

Yeah, hitting something with a 16.2gr .177 at 30FPE is quite violent. With shot placement being everything in air gun hunting: I can't wait to do some 35 yard ratting.

SD, I’m quite impressed with your gun! Just watched your YouTube vid. With 13.4s @ 44yds! Mine also likes the 13.4RD’s out to 50yds and 16’s as well. Keep the you tube videos coming!

Does the swaged slug require less aggressive rifling or twist rate? Suggested by the reduced mass to the rear of the slug?
