Daystate Red Wolf .177 HP - Slugs 50 yards

It almost appears those slugs have a rear driving band a thousandth's or two larger than the body. Very nice groups.

Very nice. Thanks for the post and video. Does your rifle have the polygonal barrel? Have you tried these slugs in the regular Red Wolf 18FPE or at the similar velocities it would achieve?

My Daystate Red Wolf .177 HP has got the polygonal barrel
Have not tried these in a regular FAC Red Wolf.A friend of mine tried the slugs in his .177 FX Impact and they did very well

This is very exciting to see where slugs are going. At first they said 177 would not work... Looks to me like they are! Nice Job SorenSD....I work a little (as little as possible!) with lead for ballast for RC sailing boats & gliders... always makes me nervous with all the reports out there.... ever notice the rest of the world notices that the warning says "in the state of California"! Does no one else find these hazardous results?

nice groups!I can only imagine how flat the trajectory must be.
At 100 meters (110 yards) the slugs shoot 1 mildot higher than pellets of same weight
Zeroed at 25 meters, I have a 3.5 mildot holdover at 100 meters.
