Daystate programmer problem

Has anyone ever seen this while programming your gun with a daystate programmer? I have to unplug the battery to clear it. I just started and I been working on tuning my gun. It’s never done this before. It only comes up when I plug in the programmer. The programmer will not come on either once this happens. Or while this message is up.

Try turning the plugin from the tuner to the lead from the gun around ? The 2 large flat plugs .
Thank you for the suggestion. I think I have figured out the problem. The programmer has a on board battery. That I think died. I plugged the programmer into my computer and it said “charging” I did not think this would be a problem as I thought the programmer ran off the gun battery.
