Daystate owners

two months ago Airguns of Arizona did a chrony test to my airwolf mct, it was shooting 820 fps. More then two years ago I bought it from them it was shooting 840 fps with jsb 25.39 pellet.. today I did a chrony test and it is shooting 789 fps using the same pellet. I already have changed the pellet probe Oring and nothing has changed.. now my question is, how can I adjust the hammer spring?? Or is any other way to increase the power,?

Hmm, doubt many own this rifle seeing its a 2k$ price range and also electronic which I'm sure most people tend to avoid when speaking PCP just because the tech is new and undeveloped really.

If you're regulated, it could be an issue with the regulator. If you don't have the owners manual still to your 2000$ rifle and it doesn't instruct how to modify hammer settings then I would either plan on sending it somewhere or tearing it down and learning your rifle a bit more.

Hopefully someone chimes in with personal experience!

its all going to come down to a few things.. all pellets of different batches weigh differently.
the lighting .. did you do yr testing with the lighting the same way through out yr testing on different days and the light the same position and same time of the day.
cloud cover.. make a hugh difference.
also did u use the same chroney.
and also the distance of the muzzle of the chroney was it the same distance away from it.
also the temp in degrees?????

DID U KEEP ALL THESE THINGS CONSTANT?

Hi Eddy
Have a MCT in .22.
assume pressure is the same as original C test.
clean barrel thoroughly
what was hardness of breech O ring? As recommended by Dealer/factory?
is probe lining up properly, test with no mag easing bolt back and forth. Is probe entering barrel centrally?
using pellet tray same again and again with a pellet, if probe not lined up centrally, it needs adjusting. Speak dealer.
assuming temperature of air in gun and from bottle similar now and as previous test.
Assume gun tested at same altitude.
final test breech O ring sealed properly.
piece of thin paper placed over breech joint outside of gun, fire A with no mag or tray empty ,does paper move?
same again with tray and then mag and then again with a pellet?
if no movement seal should be ok.
assuming pellets used are in good condition suggest speak Daystate tech helpline.
Keep us informed please

safe shooting
