Daystate omega or kong big foot?

Last thing on my YH set up, i ditched the bucket deal and went to a 350.00 water chiller enclosed unit, i can get water temps down to 42 degree's if i want to, the little YH is very happy and i don't have to deal with the nasty water bucket!

I hope this helps and good luck to ya

Can you expand on your water chiller unit (what is it comprised of, where did you buy it, etc)?

It is a totally self-contained unit .
Be careful there are many versions, the cheap models (140.00) are NOT true chillers they are just water recirculating units, which is fine if you live up north where temps are mild. Here in Texas in August they are useless.

The unit i am linking is a true chiller that uses R-410a and is temperature adjustable

Super easy set up , just run your silicone lines to the inlet and outlet, set temperature and let'er dig.

I'm in Texas also so I completely understand the issue with the heat here which is why I am very interested in your setup. A big thanks for the information!
