Just traded for a MK4 and know little about the gun. The gun will fire like a semi auto ever time I pull the trigger weather I pull the bolt back or not, is this normal for this gun? Also does anyone know who can work on them and reset the power levels on it because both high and low are shooting to fast?

It is normal. Pulling the bolt back is only to index the magazine to a new pellet. It is electronically fired. Airguns of Arizona is able to reprogram the settings, or you can get a hold of one of the computers and do it yourself. Thats normal with a electronic gun to fire every time you pull the trigger .

Can you tell us what the gun is shooting FPS and with what pellet , My MK-4

likes the 15.89 JSB on hi power and the Daystate 14.66 grain on low power .

Mine is a .177. When it is on high power it shoots a JSB 10.3 @ about 945 - 955. On low it shoots the same pellet at about 840. A JSB 8.4 @ about 915. I could get buy with the 8.4 but I would rather shoot the 10.3 for FT.

I have a MK-3 and a MK-4 in .177 caliber and both like the 

10.50 Crossman domes on high power I size them to .1771" 

and shot them at 935-938 FPS .



If you look at the results from field target events there are lots

of people that shoot the 10.50 grain pellets .

At that speed that calculates to over 20 ft/lb which is not legal. So I am going to find someone that can turn it down. When the pressure got down to about 110 bar the speed dropped to 890 - 895. That's when it started to group very tightly with a 8.4 on low power at 30 yds. But I want to shoot 10.3 on high power at about 890 to 900.
