Daystate MK4is problem

If Tony or anyone for that matter have an idea what could be happening with my MK4is. I went to clean out a shed of pigeons today but I wasn't able to choose low power, every time I got to stage four then released the trigger it continues to stage 5 not allowing me to change power, I have thought of sending it to the recommended repairer in Australia but the last time I sent it there for a service it returned with a scratched barrel and a dent in the stock but apparently it was already there according to them. Batteries are fully charged, any hints anyone.

I forgot to add that I have also tried the reset to defaults but still the same.

Mate, I can't help with your problem but I was not aware of any Daystate repairers in Oz, I so wanted a Mk4 but living out here in the middle of nowhere ( Central QLD ) I chose a Huntsman and service it myself.
