Daystate Huntsman Revere regulated .22

The Carm low profile .22 mags are 30mm high, same as Daystate originals. I use BKL low rings. Perfect.

I want to buy one of these. Maybe later today. Has anyone tried using the lower 9 shot Carm mags and using medium rings? The scope looks too high in relation to the cheekpiece with the high rings required to clear the Daystate mag

I was mistaken, my rings are the high Burris Z rings, with weaver-to-dovetail adapter. The new DS mag is 1.408", and the 9 shot CARM is 1.328". The measurement from receiver to scope tube is 1.6". Luckily, the scope placement locates the turrets rear of the breech opening.

I stated the adapter in reverse, it is a dovetail to picatinny/weaver, which allows using the Burris Z rings. They came from J&P Enterprises, check the website.

They have these 11mm to Picatinney adapters on Amazon for about 10 or 15 bucks, I used them on my kids Gauntlet and they worked great. Not sure if posting listings here is allowed, but they are easy to find. They're nice because they fit right inside the Picatinney mount for the rings, and don't add any height. The ring clamp actually clamps them down.
