I was shooting 15.89 in my Regal and there was zero wind. These are my best five shots groups to date.. 
I dropped the target in wet grass ,on the way back to my bench. Where I live the wind blows most of the time, but this was early one morning, before the wind started. I am 69 years old and shaky, so I even surprised myself. The wind started blowing after the second group on the top left, so I stopped shooting. These air rifles are amazing accurate when there is no wind to drift the pellet.

Wow! That's some nice grouping. I shoot 18.13 JSB out of mine and sort of neglect the 15.89. Not anymore! Going to have to give those another go in my Regal this weekend. Thanks for posting

My Regal loves the 15.89 JSB pellets, too. It is, in my opinion, the best and most value you can get from a air rifle. Just plain fun to shoot.

I usually measure my groups center to center so that group is hole in hole. Great shooting. You should frame it and have it buried with you.

I have been benchrest shooting since I was 25 years old. I own an Anschutz 1907 in a custom benchrest stock and a custom built 6PPC. Shooting airguns is the most fun iv'e ever had. I can't get enough of it. Those groups are not the norm. I just shot on a morning when there was zero wind blowing.

Wyshadow those groups are measured center to center. I thought you would be able to see screen on the caliper, but it doesn't show in the picture. I guess I need practice on my photography skills.
