It requires a fairly extensive teardown to reach the check valve. Typically it's the final stage check valve that needs replacing so I'm assuming you mean the 3rd or 4th. stage depending on which model you have. If you have basic mechanical skills you can do it without a video. It just takes some time as you have to remove quite a bit of connections and parts from the compressor to get to the check valve. It'sa pretty simplistic design of just a square chip which is forced open against a spring. I owned an LC-110 that failed because the 3rd stage check valve needed replacement.
