I know that this question has been answered, but I can’t find it, I have a 30 caliber Daystate Hp barrel what is the twist rate?

Bob, is that 1 in 30 specific to the .30 caliber ART barrel, or do the .22 and .25 also have the same twist rate?1 in 17.7 is LW's go to twist across all the calibers. The 1 in 30 evolved when we were testing barrels in the ART program. It shoots PELLETS at high power and longer ranges better.

Copy that, I must have the “approved” barrel at 17.7 in my new to me .22 RW Hp then! I am so far very pleased with the gun in a lot of ways, including accuracy. It's specific to the ART barrels but not the ART "approved". Not trying to complicate it but certain entities within DS felt the marketing potential was there to be used. The difference is that in 22, 25, and 30, the ART barrel is 1 in 30 twist w 5 groove and light choke. " approved" are 1 in 17.7 w 6 groove. Note that I've not seen any ART 22s for the Red Wolf series. They probably WILL happen but so far only the Alpha/Delta Wolf has had it that I've seen.
Does this pertain to both HP and sub 20 ftlb models? If it's a Red Wolf, Safari, or Delta/Alpha Wolf, it will have the ART barrel which is 1 in 30". If it's any other DS, it's likely the 1 in 17.7".
