I just received my alpha wolf hp in .22 cal. I dont have access to 34grn ammo which is preset in the gun, how can I shoot 32 grn with it?

Since the 32gr slug will have more bearing friction in the barrel than pellets I would give the 34gr profile a try. The gun will adjust itself to try and shoot at the fps you choose.

ok, I tried the 32.5 slugs with 33.95 setting the max speed is 900fps and the accuracy sucks. Im not sure what setting to use and I dont want to switch to pellets. any idea?

Just a few thoughts:
- It's possible that the 32gr slug you have just isn't the right one for your AW. Maybe it's the weight, maybe the diameter, etc.
- I've read on threads here, over the past few years, that the DW/AW in .22 has 2 barrel twist rates. A slow twist and a fast twist. Not sure on the specifics to know which you got, but if it's the slow twist it might be a pellet only barrel.
- Just cause your M3 like a certain slug doesn't mean another airgun will shot that same slug well. You may need to go through the slug testing game again.

The bad thing about daystate is that they dont respond to emails like FX does. so Im not sure how to check my barrel twist. I will try a different pellet/slug to see how the gun likes it. I have ZAN and NSA will try them then will switch to pellets.

And Daystate is NOT going to tell you anything about the twist rate. Not sure why everything is so damn secretive with Daystate. If they would provide that information as well as detailed schematics labeled with o ring sizes and part lists the way FX does, I think their customers would be much happier. I don't know about you, but I like to fix my on issues if or when I have them.
Call AOA, they can provide you with most of the answers you need. Very helpful.
I've only had my Alpha Wolf Safari in .22 for a couple of weeks now and I can tell you that it is not a slug shooter. However, it is probably the best pellet shooter I own and that is what I bought it for anyway. Stick with the heavier pellets and you will be much happier.
I'm around 2000+ rounds and it keeps getting better as it is breaking in.
2 things, barrel is very sensitive to lead buildup. I've noticed that at or around 200-300 rounds, I need to clean it and then it is stacking them again.
Also, the regulator takes a while to really settle in. But after 1000 rounds or so, it really shows you what it can do. An absolutely amazing rifle.

It is curious, my Vulcan 3 in .177 becomes a super rifle with the NSA slugs, the difference with pellets is BIG.
Sidewinders do not need slugs at all, even at very long distance.
Wolverine non HP .25 Cal is much better with pellets, notwithstanding it can shoot slugs very well.
Each rifle is different.
