Mine has anti-tamper triangle topped screws at the rear of the receiver. Can i make the tool? Can i borrow or purchase one?

Afraid not. Inagine a regular 6 sided bolt head. It uses a regular socket. Now, make it with 3 sides instead of 6. I need a 3 sided socket wrench. Perhaps a thin walled 6 point would work

Yes, just like those, but much smaller. Not sure of the size 3 maybe 4 mm? And, thin walled.

I finally got the screws out. Here are pictures of what I used. It was dumb luck that I thought to try that screwdriver handle. The screws were very tight so I carefully used the wrench for more torque.
