Daystate Daystate Airwolf Leak Help!?!?

Hi guys, I need some help here, I'm pulling out my hair, and I don't have much left. I have worked on many airguns, so I am not a novice, but that being said, I am stumped.

I have a Daystate Airwolf .22 and it has a slow leak. I am 99% sure it is from the o-ring on part 70 of the diagram. I was told by AOA that it is a 12.37mm ID x 2.62mm CS (aka #112), but even though I replaced it (yes measured the correct spec) it still leaks. I considered the M8 bonded steel washer (dowty seal) under the pressure sensor, and I replaced it also, but it still leaks. No cracks in the aluminum bodies, so I don't know??? Do I need a fatter o-ring for part 70, or????

My new safari red wolf had a slow leak that turned out to be the pressure sensor itself.
It leaked near where the three wires are in your photo. Spray a little soapy water and see.

Thankx, I did try that also, in my photos you can see a haze on the parts, that was all the dried soap residue. But thank you for posting.

Also .... Under the poppet sits the PEEK seat disk. Around O.D. of it sits a Poly o-ring, if said ring is turning darker tan/brown and "Very" stiff it is shot !!
Unless this o-ring is pliable it won't seal ( Also being clean & lightly lubed )

Still un-fixed. I was looking at the parts again, and I'm not sure if I'm looking at a scratch, or a micro crack in the "housing", any opinions?

I vote crack. Good photo but very sorry for your situation. Daystate needs to see these photos.

I had acquired an AW myself a few years ago that had the breech screws ( Too long of ones fitted ) break into this space behind valve.

A minimum grinding away of the black anodize and a little more over the areas of visual damage allowed applying a thin layer of JB Weld.
With surface prep and making sure no oil trace etc on surface I was successful in repairing the AW as it has been trouble & leak free for over 6 years now !!
With the age of the AW, would not hold my breath on Daystate revisiting this as warranty

I feel a similar bandaid type repair might be just the ticket here

Need help in doing said type repair ... send me the offending part/s and we'll hook you up.

Motorhead, thank you for the kind offer of help. Daystate blew me off as we knew they would. Good guy at AOA said he was out of stock on the housing but will get more in and they are under $100, so I can handle that. I have used JB WELD on airguns before (like adding a gauge to an FX Whisper air tank) but on this one the o-ring needs to seal where the crack is so any protrusion at all would cause leakage. I'm hoping AOA comes through on the part. I'll keep the thread updated. Thankx again.
