Tuning Day state Wolvarine R HP trigger help needed

I got a Wolvarine HP regulated.

Its safety is not working. Apparently all parts are in fine condition.

In a diagram of trigger of this gun, Day state has advised not to adjust screw "B" otherwise the safety may become inoperable.

Looks like someone adjusted it.

Any advise how I can bring the safety back to working?
