Dave’s Spinner and Bell

Got the target from Dave Larson this week.

Finally shot it today.

From 21 yards off of the bench. 

The first five spinners were not too difficult () but #6 was a challenge even with the Gen I Marauder .177.

The first two holes for the bell also were not too difficult but #3 required three shots.

Note: The bell is nice and loud at 21 yards in the yard…

I spruced it up a bit as I am want to do:

yeah that 3rd bell hole doesnt look like its playing around lol ..

Is that 3rd hole big enough for your pellet ???

Yep.

The 6th spinner is 1/2 the size of .177, though.





Actually, I measured or you..

#5 spinner is .187”

#6 spinner is .115”

#3 hole is .228”

While this target is very heavy duty, Dave said he is planning one for the big boys….30 caliber plus with corresponding larger holes for further distance.

As it is Dave says he shoots this target at 40 yards….I will try that sometime..

Even with my glasses on it sure looks too small for even a .177cal

I HAVNT TRIED MY TARGET FROM DAVE YET AS I WANT TO PRIME AND PAINT IT BEFORE IT HITS THE CRAPPY ILLINIOS WEATHER. ALL I CAN SAY HE SURE KNOWS HOW TO MAKE THEM REALLY COOL
