Ok I just binge watched this Brit. Cooking pigeon, in all manner of gourmet ways. Claiming he isn't a real chef. He has the gall to snarf down his creations when finished. Now I'm willing to pay farmers n ranchers near me so I can shoot fresh pigeon in quantities sufficient for my appetite. Be Warned! Watch the Scott Rea Project at your own risk! I thought watching Ted's cooking was bad, I'm now jonsing for pigeon like...well use your imagination.

I say, he is a butcher, more than a chef.

I enjoy watching the difference in how he butcher's ( cuts ect ) as to how I was shown.

Read my post as dripping with sarcasm. I think his cooking is great. How can you go wrong with mushrooms, pigeon breasts, bacon, booze, and cream? He might not be a chef, but he is a heck of a cook. I'm looking for places to harvest pigeons. I was a bit slowed down Dad had 2 cardiac procedures, now that he is doing better and off of restrictions we will be shooting together. I had 2 pigeons wander in to the yard. So there might be an appetizer tonight.
