Bob, which 24gr Varmint Knockers are you shooting and which do you like best?

I'm shooting the 2S nose with the high BC (0.121)

The HP version is very stable too, just a lower BC (0.80)

Thanks! Crazy that .80 is the “lower BC” version! Any chance you’ve had a chance to compare the expansion of these two 24gr versions? I’ve only shot the 22.5 for VK’s but love everything about them, especially the expansion.

It’s amazing to think that pretty much the gold standard JSB 18.1’s shooting at a (hot) 950fps would only have 17fpe at 100yds and these 24gr 2S VK’s shooting at 905fps will still have 34fpe to deliver at 100yds!! Not to mention the accuracy over distance and in wind.



another thing I noticed is that there may not be much difference in the 22.5gr compared to 24gr in the HP head design.
