N/A CZ Slavia 618 Auction Bargain

Picked up this little bitty .177 plinker at an auction for a few pennies over the price of a song. It's a CZ Slavia 618 and I'm shocked on its condition, almost perfect. I tested it out and it is very accurate too. It'll be great when my great grandkids get a little bigger.

Just shot my 618. Your 618 is an incredible clean example. Great find, it looks unused.
Thanks. I'm going to put a couple coats of Tru Oil on since I'm just keeping anyway. In fact, today I pulled out my the Daisy 120 (made by Gamo) that is almost as clean. Going to sand it down and hit it with Tru Oil too. I bought a double rifle case in this last auction, and these two plinkers have a home.

Fantastic little shooter.
I brought one back to life years ago (passed it on). From a yard sale
Rusty, crusty, had to make a new piston seal for it. (The original had small bits of cut up nail imbedded in it.
They had tried that for ammo and it had worked back into the compression chamber)
Fun project. Accurate!

Just finished the refinishing project on it. Going to take it to a birthday gathering this afternoon with the kids and grandkids. I'd bet they will go crazy when they see this little plinker.

The one I worked on probably didn't shoot over 400 FPS.
I hung a string with a knot on the end from a tree branch about 5 yards from our picnic table
and could hit the knot each time if I allowed for the breeze. If I ever found another.....(y)(y)
