Customer Warning – No Response, No Refund After ReturnI purchased an AEA S45 airgun from Wolfiek Group (Spain) on May 1, 2025, for €1999.
Due to issues, I returned the product on June 14 via UPS (tracking provided). Since then, I have sent multiple messages (email, WhatsApp) asking for a refund or update.
I have received no reply, no product, and no refund.
I have now filed a formal legal complaint through ECC-Net, the European Consumer Centre.
This company has completely ignored me for over a month despite clear legal obligations under EU law.
I strongly advise others to be very careful when ordering from this seller.
If this issue is resolved, I will gladly update this review.
