Has anyone tried to spray painting there stock using the Plastic coat that is being use on car rims?

I tried truck bed liner. Make very sure all the old finish is removed. Otherwise it will not stick.

I use the Krylon camo paint kit. They sell it at Ace hardware and I think home depot. It gives a very flat finish with no sheen and is really durable.
Here is a pic of my Armada. I know it has a different stock but it should paint the same.

Will it work on wood if you sand it down? Curious as I wanted to do something on my Gen2 EDgun Lelya .20cal walnut stock.

I have plasti dipped a lot of cars and trucks and was thinking about doing the stock on my kral project gun to protect my hydro dip,but I have not got around to it yet ,it should work well as long as you make sure you put 6or7 coats on and let it cure,if you don’t like it you can peel it off
