That's very cool I aquired a pelican case with no foam inside , while they will sell you replacement foam . this gives me another option.

I went to a local upholstery shop went thru his catalogue from his distributor. I picked up a very dense 5'x5' 1.5" thick mat, along with a 3'x8' 2" thick that was still more dense than the standard pelican foam. The final cost was 85.00. The heavy stuff was 53.00 I use the bumpy foam that I was only able to find in white 2'x10' 1" thick. (8.00 a roll) I glue that to 1/2"-3/4" foam insulation board from the home improvement stores. I use this as a top and bottom.
