Perusing the EBR threads, I came across the images below. Does anyone have any information on how to obtain one of these stocks (if they are even available)? Does anyone know who the owner is, and if they're a member here?

not sure if they do avengers but you could call boyds gunstocks .. i know they have a similar stock for marauders anyway ...

That stock looks like it was designed for benchrest so it's wide and probably pretty heavy.

That effect is greatly exaggerated on those laminated-wood stocks by a lot of elevation changes/surface contouring. Not really wood grain per se; rather layers of dyed wood (high-tech plywood). Still visually impressive, no matter how you CUT IT. ;-) (See what I did there?)
Laminated wood stocks are also stronger and more stable than whatever wood used thanks to the adhesive bonding the layers of wood.
