Current Tasco 2.5-10x42AO Mildot Target Varmint

Are these new ones any good? I bought one around 12 years ago for $69.99 and it still works great on my Hw 30s and wondering if the new ones are just as reliable? They seem to look the same in the photos in their advertisement. Curious because they can be had for only $27 and some change including shipping. Thanks! YO!

No these are true bottom shelf scopes . They are.nothing like the classic Tasco scopes at all !

Actually the "Current" model of that scope is not so "Current". I got one recently and the warranty paperwork is all dated 2010, so likely the same model you bought 12 years ago.

Anyway for a beater gun that scope it perfect. I don't think ANYTHING in that price range can touch it. Front AO is really smooth on mine. The mag ring is really smooth also. Target Turrets are a loud positive click and seem repeatable to me.

Of course it's not going to compare to $200 scopes but for $29.99 it's darn clear and works really well.

Thanks and appreciate the input. I want to harvest the SWFA 3-15x42 and Bush Elite Tactical 2.5-16x50 from my 10 meter Daisy 753 and 853 rifles and put something semi decent since I'll probably never use their 10 meter sights. The SWFA and Bushnell scopes are a bit overkill anyway that's all that I had at the time. YO!
