CS3 or CS4 ????

Which compressor to get?? CS3 or CS4?? I will use only to pump up rifles at the range. Now with that said I have a Uragan King in 30cal. Rest of the guns are 400-480cc bottles. Right now the CS4 is out of stock every where now sure when they be back in stock either. Right now I have a little CS2 that's doing the job and a CS2-LE. Have to give the CS2 breaks filling the Uragan King up to 300 bar.

The CS4 runs cooler than the CS3 and is 4 stage compression, so it will fill faster than the 3 stage CS3. I think they are both well built, but as previously mentioned, the CS4 is a beast! Even the auto-shut-offf gauge is nicer on the CS4 than on the CS3. If you need it to run on 110V and don't want to carry a separate powersupply, the CS3-I has the power supply built in, thw CS3 and CS4 both use the external powersupply. Personally, I feel the CS4 is worth the exta money, and if later on you do get a tank or a gun that needs a fill higher than 4500psi, it will fill it. GX Pumps should have the CS4 back in stock May 10th. They have been offering a 10% discount through their website, so you can save a bit buying direct.

Received my CS4 a couple days ago. Really sweet compressor. Very quiet and very capable. Filled all my guns and topped off
my 6.8 L bottle. For the money, I don't think you could find a better compressor.

Hi, I saw on the specs that it has a built in moisture filter But I can’t find it anywhere, do you know where it is?

The Yh willfill faster, but generates a lot of heat. It requires an external water supply for cooling and uses an oil ba=th for lubrication. The CS4 is lubed by grease so no oil is needed. It runs significantly slower so it won't fill as fast, but will run significantly slower. If you are just filling guns, and you don't need them filled in less than a minute or 2, then the CS3 might be the better choice. If you want to fill tanks, then the YH might be a better choice, or go with the CS4. I've had 2 YH compressors, neither one lasted more than a year before they failed, and trying to rebuild them was not successful. The CS3 I had never gave me any problems. I've only had the CS4 for about 2 months, so to early to report on longevity, but so far, it's been the best compressor I've owned.

I gotta agree with this I have a GX-cs2 and a twin cylinder Tuxing and this is a better value that either of those, I also have a Huben K1 that I have filled to 5000psi three times so far no other lower cost compressor can do that. one thig I noticed when filling to 350bar is that the bleeder hose out the bottom is always slightly flowing air constantly ever with bypass closed thats how it keeps the water out of your guns and tanks.

I agree with FLgunner 100%.. So far the best compressor I've owned @ over 8 hours so far.
