Crown vs Impact .25 sound

Hi All,

can anyone comment on the muzzle report between these two rifles?

I was fortunate to hear/see/fire both side by side and to me the fixed shroud impact sounded pretty darn quiet. Both guns were shooting within 5 FPS of each other.

was it just me?

The video from Ted had same results. Fixed shrouded impact was a touch softer.

It's difficult to assess the sound in a video on youtube. For some reason the recordings don't really give a true representation ofthe sound. Even a DB meter has a hard time.
