Has anyone else noticed how easily the stocks on FX crowns scratch or gouge? I have a Blue Laminate and I barely rubbed my gun against my work bench and noticed it scratched. Am I the only one having this problem?

You can rub out the scratches with a very fine rubbing compound by hand don't use a buffer. I used a micro polish for removing swirls from polish jobs. Then I use a hard Cordoba
Wax . Cover the stippling and checkering with some masking tape. This will harden up the finish a little but you have to remember it is to be shot so it will show wear. My Crown is also blue it is one good looking rifle.

thanks eodman! yeah i understand that with normal wear and tear, I just wish it wasn't so soft is all.
