just got a 300cc bottle from a member here and put on the 380mm superior barrel with ernest rowe's transfer port.

does 970fps with the 18.1 gr jsb pellets very accurately at 50yrds and probably further.

and the 600mm barrel does that with 24.8gr nsa dbhp out past 100yrds.

very light weight gun, will make a fine hunting rig...

To me, a Crown with a 380mm barrel is a perfect walking around gun. However I just love big shot counts, so if anything I go bigger on the air tank, not smaller. I don’t find the weight difference between the 300cc and bigger tanks enough to drive me away from shot count. In fact, when I had my Crown Continuum I actually put a 580cc tank on it, along with the 380mm barrel.

Love that 380 MM barrel. Sure the performance isn't quite up to the 600 MM that I took off, but so what. I wish FX would offer the choice of barrel lengths when you buy these guns. Don't tell me to buy a Conundrum because the700 MM barrel is more ridiculous.
