crown mk1 .30 cal…. what to expect for a tune?

just aquired a mk1 crown with .30 cal bbl. what is this gun capable of as far as shot count and power, reg setting, etc…shooting the 44 grain pellets. i want to keep it stock. no fancy upgrades or mods.

whats the lowest reg pressure i could get by with and achieve 800 fps in .30 with 44gr pellets.?

right now it is set at 130 bar for .25 cal which i would shoot most of the time. dont want to mess with the reg too much.

I could get the 45gr up to 870 with the reg at 150. I don't remember the shot count maybe 40 with a 600mm barrel

The gun is really efficient around 130 bar or so. Maybe 135. Start there and see if you can dial the hammer out to get 800. Lower reg pressure does not mean more efficient. Often is considerably louder as well. (more air needed to achieve same power level with less volume/more pressure)
