5.8 mm valve seat, is that for .22 cal? With the common 3mm valve stem, that would flow enough air to support 10% more flow than forward porting equal to .19"....but I've found 5% to be plenty so I wouldn't port beyond .1935" personally with that valve seat. That would work fine for a .25 cal too but thats only 76% of bore porting where I recommend 85%+ for regulated rifles. JMO!
Not sure why its 5.8 and not 6 mm? Would the stock impact/crown poppet not seal on a 6mm seat? If so that explains it!

I'm not sure where the VS limit is but all the Impacts and Crowns run the same 5.56mm valve seat regardless of caliber. I already had a 5.8mm valve seat and porting so the only improvement for me will be the hammer weight. I also purchased 2 extra pellet probes and barrel transfer ports (barrel inlet) to experiment with.
For the crown, I made a custom VS with a 6.65mm bore and matching valve pin, if all testing are good It will be available next year and hopefully it will match the 110 FPE + .30 impact that has been on testing for months now.
As you know the crown and impact are multi caliber, so the power kit have to be tune for your caliber — so many adjustment to do so, if you don’t want all the power tune it down for max shot count and will be alot more then stock.

Ernest, are you saying the power kit can increase shot count, over stock, depending on the tune? Even on the 30 cal? That would be an awesome upgrade! win/win
I'm hoping I can just get the 2018 hammer kit.
All I want to do is make use of 150bar from my Crown 22. I need 30 - 40 more fps than what I can get now, which is 895 fps at 140bar with 21gr pellets.
