About a year ago I bought an FX Crown Continuum in .25 caliber (yellow jacket laminate). The gun was scary accurate out of the box with JSB 25.39 gr. pellets. I bought it from Utah Airguns and I assume they set it up for me. The regulator came set at 160 bar. The two knobs on the gun are set at the .25-.30 setting and the other knob is set at Max. I have never attempted to adjust any settings because the gun shoots one ragged hole at 50 yards and about a one inch group at 100 yards. This is with the short 380 mm barrel. I decided to sell the long 700 mm barrel because I wanted a .30 caliber barrel kit. I ordered the barrel kit and a .30 caliber magazine from Trenier Outdoors. I installed the .30 barrel, pellet probe and magazine. I was worried about making any adjustments to the gun because I was afraid I would never get it back dialed in when switching back to the .25 caliber. I shot the new .30 barrel without making any adjustments. Call it luck or blessed, but again, with a few scope adjustments, the gun is a tack driver. I then shot it through a chronograph. Average speed was 945 fps and all shots were very close in velocity. According to an energy calculator, that is 88.76 foot pounds of energy. That is also faster than I thought I would get from the .30. The barrel is a 600mm length. I am so tickled with this gun. Now to ear hole a wild hog with it. The looks and performance of this gun does it for me 100 percent!!!!
