So I bought a crossman f4 (Walmart version) and for some reason after about 50 rounds the barrel is starting to face upwards to where now you can see it in the scope. Unfortunately it almost makes it unshootable since at 15 yards it is off by a foot of not more. I took the gun apart looking for any kinds of adjustment screws or any loose screws with no avail. Any one ever heard of this or better yet have a remedy ?

Looks like your hand slipped off the barrel while cocking it or the sear slipped and it slammed back up. That or pulling the trigger while the barrel is open and it slammed closed. Those are the very common reasons for that to happen.

Before you try to bend the barrel back down (that plastic shroud on the barrel could make bending it interesting) I would call Crosman and see if there is anything they can do for you. They may just swap your gun for a new one.
