Crossman 1377 pcp coversion project

Hi atomic stuff
The trigger sear needs modifying slightly as the conversion tube is thicker than the original crosman tube.
Maybe they've taken to much sear material away causing the fault.
I've not had a problem with mine since built.
Hope this helps
That makes sense. How much should I take off the sear? I already ordered it so I’m excited.

Hi bud off hand I cant remember
You should get a diagram with it showing you how to do it.
Just remember a bit at a time from the sear.
And make sure after you safety works after ""empty of course.
cock empty gun put safety on" try and pull trigger""
It's not hard to do it correctly just take your time.
If you do get stuck pm me and I'll take a pic of mine for you

Once i fully complete the project i will get some chrony results

Need trigger grip assembly from donated 1377. Exchange the part in the grip that releases the hammer(included), put on regular 10.25 inch barrel on the 1377. And you are done, pcp chamber comes pre built, regulator is adjustable. I have filled it to 3000 psi. No leakes. Able to go to 4000 but I have reservations to push it that far.

The 18 inch barrel upgrade is optional.
Do you need to put a steel breech on it for it to work?
