Bought this gun just over a year ago and six months after my first spring gun, a Diana 34. Never could shoot accurately with it even after installing a GRT-III trigger. I had been using RWS and Crosman pellets in my Diana which were very accurate. Every time I tried the Venom, I got frustrated, so it's been sitting for months. Even thought about selling it. Finally decided to try JSB pellets. Wow, I'm now very accurate with it shooting off hand with the JSB Exact Jumbo's. Having a blast with it now. I like that I can keep it cocked for long periods of time for squirrel hunting. Here's a video, with photo of my guns, of me blasting a small glass jar from 30 yards. I'm actually getting 18ftlbs of muzzle energy from this gun. It diesel's a little but the velocity is consistent and it's no louder than the Diana which I get about 16ftlbs from.
