Today I bought this Crosman DPMS Panther Arms SBR, cheap. It's the first one I'm had actually seen.
These full auto bb guns are a blast to shoot. I looked at the DPMS and thinking of all the co2 I would go through shooting it I bought the Barra 400e polymer. It is something how similar these guns look, the cocking handle, the mag release, the sights the mag and safety switch. MarkView attachment 563439View attachment 563440

The DPMS goes for $180, the Barra is $300. I look at it like this , I will save alot of money not having to buy c02 and shoot a whole lot more. I just have to charge the battery around 1000 shots. MarkWhat are they selling for?

The Barra had a problem with the mag also. I called Barra and was told to loosen one screw half a turn and it fixed the problem. The mag would not go onto the piece attached to the barrel. loosened the screw up and now it fits tight with no play and feeds with no problems. I have read also that spraying wd40 or something similar will help with loading on the Barra. MarkView attachment 563480View attachment 563481
Mine has a problem. The spring loaded bb follower is supposed to slide down far enough to latch open so BBs can be loaded thru the round hole. However, something is preventing the square latch thingie from traveling all the way to the bottom and latching. So it is very difficult to hold the little square thing down, under spring pressure while loading BBs into the hole. I guess I'll disassemble the magazine and check it out. I've seen on the 'net that some people have had problems getting bbs in between the coils of the spring. If that is the problem with mine the bbs must be in the spring below the square notch.
