Crosman 622 trigger upgrade question

I have a Crosman 622 that I have been working on, I resealed it and made the modification to secure the barrel. The only thing I have left is to work on the trigger creep, it has to be the worst I have ever ran across. I did a search here on the trigger here but have come up with very little. Would anyone wish to share what they have done to modify the trigger assy.
This is my first post here as I now have time to flirt with the airguns and get away from firearms for a while and leave that to my son. I am retired from law enforcement and have turned the shop ( gunrepair) over to my son so I can play with other interesting things.

it is a simple setup looking at the parts diagram
the torsion spring will make it hard to improve unless you can make a new lighter spring or come across one that would work
how the trigger Part 622-09 and part 622-024 trigger block interact and what material they are made of could be a place to work on, but you cannot polish monkey metal but some grease will help

Interestingly, I'm working on one of those right now. I bought a sealing kit from a fellow on ebay, but it was a terrible disappointment. May I ask where you got yours?

I got it from Crosman600repair.com, [email protected] You also might contact Mike Baker a member here he has a vast supply of parts and is very knowledgeable on the repairs.
Good luck on the repairs I found the rifle to be a bit tedious to reassemble, I hope it lasts a while before I need to go back inside.
Cheers

I made a bulk fill adapter for mine and pinned the valve. Then ground the sear away to eradicate all the creep in the trigger. Worked pretty well. Not recommending everybody try this it takes a "skilled guess" (WAG?) and assorted shop abilities. Split the clam shell halves on a 622 receiver and you'll have some fun getting it back together. Many are warped from use and the action wiggles around. I turned a pin on my lathe to hold the trigger and springs in place while I assemble them so you can get the halves back together with your sanity. That works pretty good.

I did the same thing made a pin to keep everything in line, that worked ok. I had the most trouble with the mechanism that rotated the magazine the rear spring is kind of pain in the #### to keep in place while it assemble the the two halves. I was fortunate that the rifle had just been sitting for the past 20 odd years with very little or no use other than dried out "O" rings wasn't too bad. I looks cosmetically like new.
