Crosman 180 variant 2, questions on refurbishment

Hello, new to this Forum....Restoring an old Crosman 180 (variant 2) that was my dad's from the late 1960's. The air rifle is in good condition but all the seals are aged and need replacing. I have the illustrated drawing, I made the special tool for the -81 Valve Assembly (to loosen and later tighten that expands O-Ring and sealing the valve assembly to the tube). I completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected all reusable parts. So, I have several questions that I am trying to work out. Maybe the forum members can help please.
I see kits are available but have the following questions please:

1) Internal part to the -81 Valve Assembly, the Valve Stem Assembly (exhaust valve stem) PN 150-60 has a seal and some research finds this part is an exchange part to get refurbished unit. I see there is a seal in the stem side of the part, is it not replaceable? Some research shows a plastic bushing version over the brass original... This must be a work around to the availability of the original part.....Any good or stick with original with refurbished seal.

2) Urethane vs the black O-Seals and Breech Gasket.

3) Best place to purchase Seal components?

Thanks,
