Does anyone know of any US made Cricket threaded adapers? I want to take off the factory shroud and try a DonnyFL KOI.

If you have a bullpub the tread is m14-1 so you could use a koy with Vulcan treads.. I try it n it fits perfectly... if you have one of the new carbines the barrel comes treaded now but is not m14-1 if you find that tread size let me know..

I don't have a nut to confirm, but here a shot of the barrel end. You're saying the threads are M14-1, correct?

Guess I wasn't clear enough. Want to eliminate the factory shroud and direct thread a Donny FL KOI.
This is what I'm looking for. But this one is coming from the UK. I want to find it through a US vendor.

I would chance CALLING Penchetta and AOA or if no luck order from UK along with other items so shipping would actually be worthwhile by not only paying shipping for only one small item.

I got a hold of Donny FL yesterday. The threads on a Cricket are not 1/2-20. They are M14. He can sell me a KOI with the correct end piece, eliminating the need for an adapter.

For those who have a lathe , or know a good machinist ,this is what I did on my Cricket .25 :
- remove the end plug of the shroud by heating gently the shroud on about 2 inches from the end to soften the epoxy glue and , at the same time , grab the plug with some pliers , twisting and pulling.
-carefully clean the inside of the shroud with sandpaper.
- take very carefully the diameter dimension of the plug.
- on the lathe , turn a piece of aluminium at the same dimensions than the original one , but extended by a1/2 UNF thread .
- press the new plug with some epoxy or Loctite into the shroud ; the fit must be VERY snugly.
- screw on the silencer you want.
