Cricket II .22 Long (talk about air efficiency)

May be nothing new to you airgun veterans out there, but looking at the numbers offered by this GeorgiaAirguns build (by Charlie) ...this Cricket II 'long' sounds impressive and efficient.

Anyone have one? How do you like it?

Sounds like an alternative to the RTI Prophet in power delivery 25gr pellet at >900fps; 14rd magazine; regulator set 105 BAR/ 60 shots on 260 BAR fill; (280cc tube vs RTI's fat bottle).

Anyway sounds like a very interesting and impressive build/tune.

For what it’s worth, running those numbers yields an efficiency of about 1.06 fpe/ci which isn’t bad for pushing such a heavy pellet in .22 cal, but not what would be generally regarded as efficient.

The numbers seem off or inconsistent. Maybe a mistake in there.

Thanks for pointing that out @nervoustrig. Just curious what is normally considered efficient based on the numbers around pushing a 25gr (.22)?

Any airgun out there that would be considered as relatively 'air efficient' ?
