Cricket carbine problem?

OK guys,my wife completely shot out all the air in my cricket carbine and now I cannot get the regulator to seat to stop bleeding the air out.I need to know what the trick is to seat the regulator to hold air.I also need to know what the maximum bar/psi the carbine can tolerate as I don't want to burst the air tube if I give it a good shot of air from a 4500 psi tank.

Have you tried cocking the gun ?/sounds silly but I had same problem.with my Carbine . I only fill mine to 220 bar max

Haven't tried cocking it then filling, I'll give that a try after church in the morning.

My .22 BP Cricket can do that too as long as I do my part.

My Wildcat .22 unfortunately will not. POI shifts for no reason and smooth twist not working for me. My .22 Airwolf MCT Cricket had me spoiled.

The only guns I've owned I would buy again are my Crickets and Mutant . All 3 Crickets ,two Bullpup and 1 Carbine all incredible!!! Mutant was also

. Kick ass Dude !! The Carbines are the best ! Only downside compared to Bullpup is shot count . But mine still gets 40-45 shots till goes off regulator

If I remember correctly, the previous owner said mine was Earnest Rowe tuned also.
Lol I do know it will not shoot crossman premiers for crap but jsb 18.1 is another story (hole in hole).

Yeah mine will shoot the 16 gr JSB pretty good , but the heavies are definitely it's best load . AirArms pellets ( jsbs with a different mold) shoot incredible also
