I love my C2 Tacts, and even more so with Steve Corcoran's custom stock fitted. I purchased my first one in the green laminate color:
I paid $350 for this stock including free shipping to CONUS and it was well worth the price! Really transforms the gun on the bench.
I had wanted to get a second SC custom stock when I bought my C2 Tact 60, but Steve was OOS. And when these stocks came back into stock, they had had (like almost everything else these days) a pretty substantial price increase. I guess that the first stocks sold were prototypes, and the new pricing was for 1st quality production stocks.
I held off purchasing a second one, traded the SC stock from my 45 to my 60, and just left the 45 for now with the less desirable OEM 2 piece stock.
Until this morning anyway. I checked the web site and Steve now has the C2 Tact custom 1 piece stocks listed in stock, in both grey and green, for a new price of $299. I grabbed one and there still seems to be inventory left in both colors.
I don't know whether this is a special sale, a closeout or what, but if you want one of these (and if you have a C2 Tact - you want one of these), get one now as this is a great price.
