When it comes to single tray vs magazine loading I think the differences in pellet stability is a bit exaggerated. There is a LOT of pressure behind the pellet, and the skirt get squeezed pretty hard and (de)form into the bore/riffling. The (relatively) small deforming a magazine will cause will be even out. Unless there is a damage to the magazine of course.
But this is my opinion, not the proven truth.......

Shot another awesome group at 100yd this past weekend. 15 shots at 100. For some reason I keep getting 2 groups going. 1 group is always at my poa and then after 7 shots or so it move slightly right. Sometimes right and low or right and high like in the second picture you see it’s high and right where the first picture is low and right (100yd)

I am filling to 300 bar on occasion. I mainly get two 300bar fills off my 88cuft tank then its 290,285,280etc. as the day goes on.
