I would probably buy from PA, but even with discounts they are usually MUCH higher than I can buy the same product from another at least equally reputable company with at least as good of a track record for customer service.
What I do like about PA is their descriptions of AGs. Sometimes PA has the MOST information on a particular AG over and above what I can find on the AG manufacturer's site!
Yeah, that doesn't happen often... but it does happen.
Still, I have not purchased much from PA because of price and don't plan on buying anything from them any time soon.
