FX Could this be my leak? (Gauge)

Hello members
I'm chasing down a leak on an FX Indy 25
It's leaking at 25B per hour
I have done
- balloon test (negative)
- Snoop solution at all external fittings and at the regulator vent hole
None have found the leak

I'm wondering if the gauge is the problem
PICTURE
NOTICE: at the 0 BAR/psi position there is a screw missing
SEE: the screw hanging out at the 60B position

Could that missing screw be causing the leak?

Spray leak detector at that, around the bottle or tube adapter and around the regulator body if so equipped. The balloon on the barrel rules that out. Oh ya check the fill point. Check-valves on probe or foster setups do let loose eventually and have been my most consistent leak source.

All that screw does is secure the gauge dial face. It's not holding air back. I'm not familiar with the Indy but I do know about the gauges and the airflow through them. Have you dipped the gauge in water? It's possible it could be leaking from the bourdon tube in the gauge. That's the only part in there that holds pressure. It's not likely but is possible. Weird you can't track it down.

The bourbon tube is one i overlooked as well, and have suffered from failures of. GOOD CALL!

Knowing from you that the gauge screw cannot be a leak point I will go back and test the connections again.

I just changed an RTI gauge that was leaking through the vent hole in the side, gauge was also stuck at 200 bar.

I am new to the Indy, and the Indy is new to me.
But also have an Independence 22.
With its Smooth Twist Barrel, it is extremely accurate
And very quiet
It's currently tuned to 3 shots at 34 ft/lb before being repumped
Which is how I like to shoot it (1,2, or 3 shots then pump) rather than run down the small tank.
However, it is a heavy gun.
Certainly not a "woods walker"
But it does sit nicely on the forearm rested hand
Perfect for my use shooting from a number of different stationary positions in protection of the mini-orchard

The new (used) Indy 25 should be as accurate
I've not scoped it yet because I want to find the leak
I chronied it at 42 ft lbs (factory tune).
It is also lighter than the Independence
And feels as if it might be well balanced enough for off-hand shooting (I hope)
