Has anyone ever had any luck removing a corroded valve from an fx cf bottle? My bottle is leaking and I bought the tool to take the valve off to replace the o-rings but its so badly corroded that I broke the bottle removal tool and I also took it to a shop where they broke their tool trying to take it off. I tried wd 40 penetrant and soaking it in there for an hour, still no luck. I already bought a replacement bottle with a stainless steel valve but I'd still like to repair this one if possible. Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Imho, if the threads are so compromised that you are breaking tools trying to remove the valve, then the bottle is beyond safe operation.
I applaud the technical exploration, but you are risking a terrible lesson in metallurgical failure modes.

Gonna second what JimNM said, corrosion is culprit behind many catastrophic HPA failures. Think I'd focus on reason for corrosion to safeguard replacement parts. WM
