No complaints, seems tight. I've made about 600 slugs so far and hasn't developed any play. So, the press is meeting your expectations. Is there any slop or play in it?
Not bad. Thor Molds has another thread with the block type swage. Waiting for them to post up accuracy tests with those to see how it compares to their press.Groups at 100 yards with 62gn Flat base slugs made with Thor Press. Definitely capable of moa groups
Sounds good. Can't wait until I get mine.No complaints, seems tight. I've made about 600 slugs so far and hasn't developed any play.

It is more rounded at the top not so narrow. Base of the slug doesn't change diameter it's just the narrowing of the nose. So a 1.5-E Ogive will weigh less than a 1/2-E Ogive given the same length because it has less mass up towards the nose@ZekeZX10 How does altering the ogive affect the projectile diameter? At times are you increasing diameter by one or two thousandths? Or is it possible that the hollow point cavity is smaller or the walls become thicker?
