OK any of you Impact guys making your own slugs with Corbin press ? I like reloading and fiddling thats why I have an Impact just love fiddling ! Thanks !

Not a impact guy, but my .22 King loves .218, 35.5 RBT. Happy with the press so far.

I do but for my huben k1, gk1, don cothran .457 and aea challenger .46 ( it says on the gun .457 but I slugged the barrel and groove diameter is closer to .461, and the .46s i swage work a bit better than a .457)

buying the starter kit as we speak as i have 3 impacts i shoot weekly 100s of rounds also added a die kit should be interesting i look forward to making my own large and small hollow points.

I am now 2500 rds into corbin slug making and could not be more happy . Best consistant accuracy that I have ever got out of my 22 cal M4 Sniper ! Thanks Corbin . Kind of like making slugs at a cost less than 10$ a brick .

@UDABEGGER That’s good to read. How far out are you shooting from? Can you post some photos of your targets? Sorry Ezana4AC but I have no picks . Heck I spend all my money on the M4 and Corbin Press . Still use a flip phone But I do HAVE A TAPE MEASURE and so at 50 yds 3/8 at 75 1/2 at 100 3/4 and my far target is 150 and 1 1/4 is common . All based on the loose screw behind the trigger staying tight and in focus .

@UDABEGGER Wow! Those are impressive numbers. That press and die set is a good investment for guys like yourself. Are you shooting from a benchrest position? Are you using bags, a bag and bipod, a tripod, or a fancy rifle rest for competitive shooters?Sorry Ezana4AC but I have no picks . Heck I spend all my money on the M4 and Corbin Press . 29 gr at 1025 on my bench with bi-pod and a cheesy little tri-pod that I slide my bag ridder on . What impresses me is the M4 and the amazing uniformaty and consistancy of the Corbin slugs . I am retired and shoot every day !
