That's weird its the same address but I am pretty sure the numbers are different, I had an issue with my Nexus and I just used the service ticket on the Element site. I also was later given this number 833-735-3636 but I didn't do much follow up because I realized that I was not using one of the focus rings correctly and the scope was working perfect lol.

The marketing Rep is Brad Bonar. He was also the very first Rep for Hawke in the US when they started sales here about 15 years ago. Our little company, KHS, Inc. was one of the first Hawke distributors and I got to know him well. Nice guy who understands the industry.
Spoke to him using the number listed online and he steered me to a purchase of a Nexus. The Nexus is their top tier Japanese product made at the same factory as Nightforce. While Chinese glass can be quite good, the main difference in the Japanese product is the high quality chassis and innards. Tough, tight and repeatable. If you shoot Hunter and can't click, the two Chinese offerings are about the same as a good Hawke. But if you click for Open, WFTF or whatever, the Nexus far superior.
