Like many things in life.

- The issue is usually not with the individuals, but with the government they're stuck with... Over the years I've met many nice folks from Russia/Pakistan/Iran/Iraq/China... Just like I've met nice folks from France/UK/Sweden... Even met nice folks from the US (and even California and NY ;-)
